STATEMENT ABOUT BAKEYS FOODS PVT. LTD. AND NARAYANA PEESAPATY (EDIBLE CUTLERY)

by ANU KASHYAP DURR
This is to state that Anu Kashyap Durr sold all her shares in Bakeys Foods Pvt. Ltd. to Narayana Peesapaty on November 27, 2012 following which Anu Kashyap Durr resigned from all positions pertaining to her involvement with Bakeys Foods Pvt. Ltd., on November 28, 2012. Therefore, Anu Kashyap Durr is not connected in any way with any activities/events related to this company after November 28, 2012. This information (PDF1PDF2) is available and can be confirmed on the website of Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad.
Mrs. Durr tried to help Bakeys with a beautiful green edible cutlery idea but it did not work out.
As a value creating business woman, Anu Kashyap Durr considers it her responsibility to state that the newspaper articles that used her name to suggest that she was in "in connivance" with Narayana Peesapaty and Rama Devi Rayapudi are slanderous and untrue. The following articles which were published using the name of Anu Kashyap Durr were published without any attempt to consult or discuss the matter with her prior to their publication which would have informed the journalists that she was no longer a Director and not connected with Bakeys Foods Pvt. Ltd. after November 28, 2012. It is unfortunate to see such wrong and inaccurate statements to the effect that Narayana Peesapaty’s actions were "in connivance" with Anu Kashyap Durr. Such untruthful statements are baseless, without merit and contrary to the facts.
